Licenses and rights of use

Licenses and rights of use for images found/acquired via DigiArtGuy.

 

General image info:

Please bear in mind that all files in bundles are smaller in size and have undergone less processing than all the individual files. If you need particularly large files, you can order images from the bundles as individual files, they are all in stock, they are just not uploaded until they are requested.


For images purchased individually as singles:

All images purchased individually as singles are fully commercial licensed. This means that you are free to use the file in all physical production, as well as as advertising material for your products.

It is also permitted to use the images in book and magazine publications, for which, however, credit is required. In this case, it is also permitted to use the images in digital publications of books and magazines, as long as the image is a smaller part of a larger material, and credit is also required here.


For images purchased in bundles:

All images on DigiArtGuy included in fixed bundles are with Artisan license. This means that you may use the images in all physical production that you personally produce.
POD, Dropshipping and other 2nd and 3rd party manufacturers are therefore not allowed.
It is a requirement that you manufacture the products YOURSELF.

The products in my Artisan License contain many images for very little money, and the license was created to support the small artisans and small entrepreneurs who struggle to deliver good products rather than cheap mass production.

No images from DigiArtGuy may be resold / redistributed digitally without separate permission.

 

All images from DigiArtGuy may be used for private use, without further restrictions.
